MEAL 1:: Chicken Tikka with Rice and Mixed Veg

MEAL 2: Jamaican jerk chicken and white rice

MEAL 3: Steak meatballs and pasta with broccoli

DRINKS: Post Workout Protein Shake – Dibsy has ditched fizzy drinks and alcohol. He now drinks four litres of water each day.

Dibsy has  given up sweets, crisps and chocolate.
