Our 2500Kcal daily meal prep package is specifically designed for those looking to leave nothing to chance.

By purchasing this package you will receive your breakfast, 3 main meals, 2 snacks, 1 protein shake and 1 dessert for each day over 5 days

Split Delivery is currently only available for Local Delivery or Collection In store on Mondays/Thursdays.

  • Monday you will receive Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays meals.
  • Thursday you will receive Thursday, Friday & Saturdays meals.

If you want to collect your meals on a different day/time please call in advance before ordering to ensure this option is available for you. 

Please note local deliveries are delivered between 10am – 5pm we can not give you a delivery slot as it depends on the delivery route that day.

National delivery is available for orders placed before 1800 on Sunday evening for delivery on Wednesday.

THE COMPLETE WEEKLY MEAL PREP PACKAGE

Perfect for those who don’t want to leave anything to chance; the complete meal prep package will provide you with each and every meal for the full day over 5 or 6 days per week to suit your calorific requirements.

Split Delivery is currently only available for Local Delivery or Collection In store on Mondays/Thursdays.
Your first delivery will arrive on Monday unless requested differently within your notes section.

 

 

Local Delivery

  • Macro Based Diner will aim to deliver your meals between 10am and 5pm on Mondays and again on Thursdays.
  • You have chosen the 5 Day Meal Prep Package, your meals will be delivered as below:
  • Monday you will receive Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays meals.
  • Thursday you will receive Thursday and Friday meals.
  • Orders must be placed before Sunday evening 6pm for Monday delivery.
  • Any orders placed after 6pm may not be dispatched, customers will be notified.
  • All main meals are packaged in tamper proof containers and are stored and delivered in a temperature controlled van so your meals arrive fresh!
  • Do not consume a product if you have any doubts of whether the product is fit for consumption. Contact us immediately without attempting to consume the product. Macro Based Diner will not refund an order on the basis of unsatisfactory taste to the consumer, your desired goals haven’t been met such as weight loss and muscle gain. Macro Based Diner will explore all avenues to bring a satisfactory outcome.
  • All meals must be consumed within 72 hours from the appointed day of delivery.
  • Our meals are cooked fresh and can be frozen. It is your responsibility to ensure food is stored, handled and reheated correctly according to food safety regulations.

Collection

  • Collection must be picked up between 10am and 8pm on Mondays and again on Thursdays.
  • Late meal prep collections cannot be exchanged or replaced; it is the client’s responsibility to collect meal prep on the designated days. Any uncollected meal prep will be disposed of by MACRO BASED DINER.
  • All meals must be consumed within 72 hours from the appointed day of collection.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure food is stored, handled and reheated correctly according to food safety regulations. Macro Based Diner will not hold responsibility for after it has been collected

General Terms

  • Macro Based Diner freshly prepare all meals. You can choose to collect from the diner or we will deliver your meals to your doorstep.
  • Meal plans cannot be exchanged for a credit note/gift card and cannot be refunded.
  • Amendments to your order are to be advised 48 hours before expected delivery / collection.
